No you cannot take direct entry in the second year if you are BSc student because this procedure is called lateral entry, and there are almost not any university which provides you later entry if you have done your BSc and you want to take admission in 2nd year more specifically some University provide lateral entry for BSC (IT) in direct second semester if you have done any diploma with 10 + 2, moreover this thing is provided in the B tech /BE course.

Admission to MA Hime science as start 20 june 2020. Admission is based merit, Delhi University will conduct DUET , Delhi University Entrance Test . The eligible candidates will get Admission.
The Delhi University Entrance Test will be conducted in the month of July,2020.

The Dr BMN College of Home Science, Mumbai is a private college that only accepts female gender it is college only for girls so being a boy you are not eligible. Generally EVS is an optional subject for the students so it may not be included in best four.Since it is not a core subject so it won't be considered in best of four whille calculation of your percentage.
A language subject is however very important for getting adm ission in DU University.
While reading your subjects I didn't come across any language subject. Make sure you have because the delhi university includes a language subject in best four in all its courses while giving the admission.
