I got 27405 rank in ts eamcet 2021 so, it is possible to get free seat in bsc horticulture and veterinary
The cut offs also depend on caste, so if you're an SC/ST candidate then there can be very few chances for you to get seat in horticulture and veterinary and that too not in reputed colleges. but if you belong to any other caste expect that, then it is not possible to get veterinary or horticulture with that. With your rank I would suggest you to take up pharmacy course or Biotechnology.

Now if you want to go for the discipline related government job then I would recommend you to go for BSc in Agriculture.
