You can be able to pursue horticulture only in the government college with a rank of 8343 secured in the AP EAMCET 2020. As per the category and area wise cutoff, the cutoff for pursuing horticulture went up to 10861. But, it's an assumption based on the performance in the entrance exam and the cutoff from last year categorically. So just make sure you check the official results and see whether you've managed to be in the minimum qualifying range.

Based on your marks in IPE and EAMCET you have very less chances to get seat in horticulture. you can try for seat in horticulture if you belong to farmer category in AU region. you didn't mentioned your state for better clarification.

UGC , MHRD , NAAC Accreditation, NBA, however the eligibility criteria is different and varies according to the organization and recruitment wise, so right now you need to complete your studies, however icar approbation is not necessary for all the horticulture related post.

BSc (Hons) Horticulture is a four year full time course offered by Anand Agricultural University. Admission to the 70 seats of the course is granted based on the marks obtained in the Common Entrance Test conducted by the Government of Gujarat (GUJCET). The total fee of BSc (Hons) Horticulture is Rs. 1.10 lakhs (approximately).

It is difficult to get Horticulture seat for your KCET Rank,  though you have not mentioned the Category you belong to Category and I have considered it as General Category and gave information related to it, based on previous years closing ranks and cutoffs and they may vary from year to year. So give a try by applying for counselling and if you won't get free seat then try for Management quota seats.
