The result was out in the month of June after the interview (28th-April to 5th May) and now the session is already started for 2017.

Hi, Please mention your qualification. First of all you will have to give national leval exam to get into reputed hotel mangement institutes like IHM's. Exam name is NCHM exam. You should have 50% in 12th to apply in this exam. Applications start in the month of December. Application are available till April 14th. You can apply here: nchm.ac.in
Also you can get into the field you are interested in like dealing with customers, food specialization and even hospitality like being a manager etc. So apply for the same. Good Luck.
