Hi
Yes, you are eligible for neet 2021 examination even if you are going to appear for one of your compartment examination in April/May 2021.
This is because,
You will be appearing for your compartment examination as a private candidate and private candidates are eligible for Neet examination until the supreme court passes its judgement over it ,so yes you are eligible for Neet 2021 but this eligibility is provisional and and your eligibility for admission after qualifying neet will depend upon the outcome of your compartment examination , that is if you will meet Neet eligibility criteria provided below :-
You should have cleared your compartment examination and after clearing it , you must have got :-

Hello candidate,
The HSC or the higher secondary examination is also known as plus two examinations, in other states. If your friend has got 43% and 46% respectively, in his exams then also he can have a lot of career opportunities in the field of science.
The first option is that he can pursue a diploma in any of the engineering fields from various colleges through qualifying their respective entrance examinations. Secondly, he can also join Engineering College and pursue of 4 year degree programme if able to meet the basic qualification criterias of that college.
Hope it helps!!
