i got 56% in hsc board and 35 in maths can i get the admission in bcs?
Dear Student,
If you have passed in this examination then it is not a problem to get admission in any course due to eligibility of that institute. But if you have no passed in that examination then, do not take that paper in your college course. As example, if you have not passed in Physics paper then, do not take it as your others paper of your honours subject. As per guidelines, the best five papers of your 10+2th level is taken for your result counting.
Thank You.
my brother got 45% in PCB n 36% in PCM (Maharashtra board hsc) ,can he get admission in B pharmacy in good college in Maharashtra, please ans
You can check some colleges Which offering b pharm what have their eligibility criteria and cutoffs you have to count PCB marks in MHT CET because if you want admission in bpharm you have to give entrance exam of Maharashtra called MHT CET with PCB and also check eligibility criteria also of some colleges

Can hsc group criteria be change for Mht-cet due to covid-19
Hello student,
Sorry to say you but the official authority of Maharashtra common entrance test have not make any notice about that. So it is quite difficult to tell about this in the situation. You should keep your eyes on their official website. Hope this will help you
Sir I have done 11th in college and I had failed So I had appeared for 12th hsc private from my college everything was same like regular student only. Then I had passed in hsc last year and again I had given hsc by improvement scheme and I had passed again and I have 50% in pcb. Am I eligible neet?
Sakshi, now there is no upper age limit for NEET. Also as long as you fulfil the minimum aggregate criteria for NEET, you are eligible even if you have studied as a Private Student and appeared for supplementary or improvement exams. To be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This 50% is inclusive of the Theory and Practical marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. You needn't score 50% in Physics, 50% in Chemistry and 50% in Biology separately. You need an aggregate of 50% or 40% depending on your Category as an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you should also have studied English as one of the core subjects in your 12th.
after hsc results i dont think i can score above 500 in neet 2020 as cutoff is above 600 for gov medical colleges. what should i do?how can i prepare myself?
Don't worry you have passed your 10+2 with physics chemistry and Biology and you can score well in NEET examination too, the only difference is that your board examination was subjective and NEET is objective so just have some confidence you can definitely get good marks.
To prepare well for neet follow the below mentioned tips :-
*First of all make a routine and give at least eight hours for studies in your time table
Keep short breaks of 20 to 25 minutes after every 1.5 to 2 hours between your studies in your routine .Half of the time of your studies must be for practicing MCQs and numericals
*PHYSICS is the most toughest as it has both numericals and concepts , so keep 3 hours each day for Physics, 2.5 hours to Chemistry and 2.5 hours for Biology.
*Focus more on ncert as around 90 % questions in neet are from ncert, some Important chapters for neet as per their previous year weightage in neet question papers are listed below subject wise , stress more on these as you have less time:-
PHYSICS
Optics - 10% weightage
Semiconductors- 9%
Dual nature of matter ,atoms and nuclei-9%
Thermodynamics -9%
Electrostatics-9%
Current electricity -8%
Electromagnetic Induction & Alternating Current-8%
Laws of motion & work power energy-7%
Magnetic Effect of Current & Magnetism-5%
System of Particles and Rotational Motion-5%
CHEMISTRY
Coordination Compounds- 9%
p-Block, d- and f-Block Elements- 9%
Thermodynamics- 8%
Equilibrium -6%
Chemical bonding and molecular structure-5%
Solutions- 5%
Organic Chemistry: Basic Principles & Techniques- 4%
Alcohols, Phenols and Ethers :-4%
Aldehydes, Ketones and Carboxylic Acids-4%
BIOLOGY
Human physiology:- 20%
Genetics and Evolution:-18%
Diversity in living organism:- 14%
Biology and Human Welfare:-9%
Reproduction:- 9%
Cell: Structure and Function:- 9 %
Plant Physiology:- 6%
Ecology and Environment:- 6%
*Make routine or timetable :- you can make a routine as well and try to give at least 8 hours or more to study , your routine should revolve around things i.e study, revise and practice
*After completing each chapter , you should go through mcqs and numericals of the same chapter
*Make short notes of important formulas and concepts for each chapter and Keep revising it
*Solve previous NEET year questions :-it will let you know the examination pattern, type and difficulty level of questions, also concepts behind the question often gets repeated, so you should definitely solve year papers
*Go through NEET mock test papers , it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination
You can prepare well using our neet knockout for which link is provided below

My scores in HSC Boards are Eng 80/100 Maths 50/100 Chem 56/100 phy 59/100 Elec 147/200 EVS 50/50 Am i eligible for admission in NITs, i belong to SC category
Dear Candidates,
To get admission in IIT's or NIT's you should score at least 75% for Gen Category in board exam and 65% aggregate marks (for SC, ST and PwD candidates) otherwise you should at least come in top 20% percentile in particular board.
To check top 20 percentile of different board here is link :-
Tamil Nadu Eng. Admissing Form. CBSE Student Academic Information 2 clarificatiobs. 1. HSC/Equivalent Registration Number - Is this RollBumber in the Hall Ticket & Mark Sheet? 2. Under Marks Obtained in HSC section against each subject there is a Register Number. Is it same or subject Code ?
Hi Ramachandran. I am happy to answer your doubts. The first question you have asked is whether the HSC/Equivalent registration number is the same as Roll number in the 12th mark sheet. Yes, both are the same. Answering your second question, the code next to each subject is called the subject code. Do not confuse it with the registration number. I will give you examples for better understanding.
Roll No. be like - 4604614, 4136326, and subject code be like 301, 042, etc.

i have English,PCM, electronics(200 marks), EVS subject(50 marks) in my HSC board so for JEE mains criteria, can i take PCM,english and EVS instead of electronics
The marks scored in the following five subjects will be considered for calculating the aggregate marks and the cut-off marks for fulfilling the top 20 percentile criterion.
Physics
Chemistry
Mathematics
A language (if the candidate has taken more than one language, then the language with the higher marks will be considered)
Any subject other than the above four (the subject with the highest marks will be considered).
So, you have to take pcm, language and any other subject. The subject with the highest among the left subjects will be considered.
Best Wishes!!
