after becoming ias officer can anyone join iaf and do both ias and iaf work simultaneously?
No , you can't work simultaneously and if you want to go for IAF go for it only. There is no requirement to be a IAS then IAF. Both of the service are a Grade A Gazetted post so you should bother about any of the stuff. You should go for what you are passionate for. If you like to be in Public Administration then prepare for UPSC if not then don't waste your time in it. Go for IAF.
I hope my answer helps you. All the very best for your future endeavors!

what can i choose , disha publications or arihant publications for IAf group y exam ??
* Among both i recommend Arihant publication guide. But it is not the only the way to crack the gate exam . After the preparation of complete syllabus, spend one month before the exam to recall all concepts, formulas, methods, and examples. Remember the definitions, important points and formulas during the revision. Always remember to get your basic concepts clear, it will help you to crack even tough questions.
