After earning a UG degree from a non-ICAR recognised university, you cannot take the ICAR - JRF exam. Students who are not accredited are not eligible to take the ICAR JFR or SRF exams. Only students from recognised universities or schools with ICAR accreditation are eligible to take the exam.

If you've cleared ICAR AIEEE UG exam with marks between 300 to 350 , then definitely you're getting admission there. Plus, the cut-off for OBC goes 300 - 320 and that for SC/ST goes around 250-300 .
