Hello student,
Cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like
~ Number of seats available
~ Difficulty level of the exam
~ Number of students appeared in the exam
~ Caste Category of the students, etc
For your ICAR rank it is difficult to get seat in good Colleges but you can try by applying for counselling and you can even try for Management quota seats in good Colleges.

i have 92.2 percentile in icar 2021 i am belong to obc any chance to get bsc agriculture
Dear Aspirant...
Admission to some agricultural colleges is also heavily influenced by the category to which you belong.
You are normally safe at ICAR ug.
If you earned 300+ in general, 280+ in obc, and 240+ in sc, you should be fine. However, you do have a chance of getting into several colleges if you wait till the counselling date.

I got 76 percentile in icar and I belongs to obc category can I get seat on govt agriculture colleges
Good day, Aspirant...
Because cutoffs change, it's impossible to forecast. Every year is determined by a variety of factors.
The number of seats available
There are a large number of pupils who appear in the exam.
Exam difficulty level
Cut off in accordance with prior years' trends. With this percentile, your chances of getting into a government college are slim.
