Hi candidate,
As you have mentioned that state level board results are out and state level colleges of Maharashtra has started there admission process. I suggest you to not to worry and wait for the ICSE results, as no colleges are allowed to close there admission process before every board issue there results.
ICSE results will be declared on time and you will also have a buch of time to complete your admission protocols.
Thank you!
I am a student of 10th icse 2021 -22 batch and my boards was concluded on 23 may 2022 and results are yet to declared ; me and my family are really tensed as Maharashtra boards result are declared and we dont know what to do as we cant get admitted to college without result....
Dear Student,
Maharashtra State board of secondary and higher education has announced the results on 17th of June, however the CBSE and ICSE board have not declared their results yet. Hence without the declaration of the results, colleges will not proceed for their higher Education Admissions , but still you have queries you can contact your desirable college for the admission process. Once the results of all students are declared, admission process starts from there only.
I am interested to learn history. I have learnt history in school during my ICSE course. Can I take admission in MA History at IGNOU or any other university .8? I am a BCom Honours , MBA
Yes, you can definitely pursue master's in History from IGNOU. IGNOU offers flexible master's programs to its students with a completed Bachelors Degree from any acknowledged university. Their master's programs are generally two year distant learning courses
my son hv just completed 10th icse boards exams n hv enrolled in coaching class fr preparing jee mains .so do I need to enroll him fr SAT preparation also
You can pursue SAT and JEE together. Math asked in SAT is far simpler than that in JEE. Be that as it may since there is no English-related segment in JEE, you should invest extraordinary amounts of energy to plan for SAT English/Verbal section. SAT and JEE are altogether unique consequently looking at them will have neither rhyme nor reason. JEE tests an alternate range of abilities while SAT is unique. JEE is chiefly utilized for admissions to the designing system in any semblance of IIT, etc. SAT then again tests your English abilities (verbal and composing) and secondary school science. To do well in SAT you should be very well in English and the degree in Mathematics is somewhat simpler when contrasted with JEE. All things considered, a generally excellent SAT score can land you up in a top college in the world. Be mindful that most understudies from India face inconveniences in SAT Verbal. Indian understudies perform pretty well in SAT numerical when contrasted with understudies from different nations.
So if your child can deal with his school, JEE Mains, and SAT all together then he can pursue all of them together.
Will I get diploma in Electrical Engineering if I have passed (ICSE)10th grade with 70% marks?
The eligibility criteria for the Diploma in Engineering courses changes from college to college. Although, if we are concerned with the eligibility criteria then in most of the college, the students needs to score 60% at least in order to be eligible for the course of Diploma in engineering. Now you are eligible for the course of Diploma in Engineering course, although you will get a seat or not based on the merit of ICSE 10th score is an question no one can accurately answer because, every year the density of marks applying for the admission varies. You have a decent score, and you have a moderate probability to get a seat. I would suggest you to see if there is any entrance examination available for the admission. If yes! then appear for the entrance because that will increase your probability of getting selected.

I completed icse, now my isc books are labelled "ncert covered". To crack neet from ICSE, what do I need to do??
Both NCERT and ISC books are more or less same covering similar topics, so in order to crack NEET exam I'll suggest you to first go through the syllabus and previous year papers of the exams, then you can read your ISC books and simultaneously read the same chapters from NCERT to have through idea of the topics.
Other than this practice as many numericals and problems you can, from different books.
It's always better to stick to NCERT and then read other books also and solve questions.
Hope this helps!!
