I got 51percentile in jee main July -21,is it any chance to get seat in IITDM Kancheepuram?

You got only 51 percentile then your marks probably 21 to 30. And the rank is 400000 to 300000. That is huge generally. Although you didn't mention which category you are belongs so o assume you are a general category candidate.
So in this rank you can't get any IITs or NITs college. Because getting this college you have to get minimum 85 percentile or more than that. So you will get may be any private college. But which college you will get you can know from a link below
