Is it better to take HEC as the group in the intermediate and BA in graduation to crack civils?
Hello,
The eligibility criteria for UPSC is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, final year students are eligible to apply, there is no restrictions in terms of belonging to specific stream, however there is an advantage of having studied humanities stream subjects at 10+2 level as well as graduation, this will help you a lot as the syllabus of UPSC is more humanities oriented, the general studies to a large extent you will cover in your 10+2 level and graduation, and this will most definitely make your base strong, hence you can go ahead with your choice of subjects as you mentioned , however you must remember one thing that it's good to have a back up plan for UPSC also, as it tends to be unpredictable, and sometimes people choose to go for professional degree courses, or any other route for that matter as back up plan, so in case right now you're not sure you should explore other options as well, as you're still in school I believe it's good that you're thinking about appearing for UPSC, but this may or may not be your long term dream, so think carefully prior to deciding any course.
i am post graduate with 53% marks, but in graduation only get 40% marks, can i get admission in 3 year llb course
If you belong to to reserved category scheduled caste or Scheduled tribe then you are eligible for admission in Karnataka State Law University. But if you belong to general category then it is not possible for you to take admission. Sir, I scored 233 in NMAT, 74 in QA, 78 in VARC and 80 in LRDI... I am a Arts Student having my specialization in Political science hons. in Graduation, Are there any chances of me getting a call from Mumbai campus??
According to previous cutoff trends candidate who secure 200-220 marks in NMAT is likely to get seat in top NMIMS. previous year cutoff for Mumbai is 208 i.e 94 percentile and sectional cutoff for quant section is 73 LRDI is 79 and VARC is 85.
your score seems more than cutoff.your chances are high for NMIMS mumbai if factors are same like previous year which is no. Of candidates appearing for exam, difficulty level of exam.
Thereafter discussion and personal interview is conducted by the college s.you need to prepare for it. weightage is given to your academic performance NMAT scores and work experience.if you dont have experience no worries score as much as you can to makeup for it.
All the best

hlo sir , i got 44% in bcom and i cant decide what should i suppose to do bcoz the criteria of admission is about 50% in graduation..plz help me sir
Hi there,
First of all I would suggest you not to say such self depreciating words. As 44% marks is less so you might face some difficties in future but you can easily overcome them if you have a strong will to do.
What you can do now is to try to give seven entrances exams for MBA. You can simple take admission in IGNOU and pursue MBA. Also, you can try for Chartered Accountancy as it is also one of the best options for everybody in the commerce field.
It's high time only you can change your last if you take action now .
So better not to worry and start working.

I have scored 46 marks in PGCET 2021 and my aggregate SGPA is 9.0 in graduation, what rank can I expect??
Hello,
PGCET ranks are calculated based on the score secured in MBA entrance exam.
Hey you can expect rank above 5000 based on previous years. As this years ranks are not released yet. Your cgpa doesn't play a role in ranking here.
