How can student take admission in class 12th after completing 11th from love dale ICSE school from commerce stream

Mallika Thaledder 20th Sep, 2025

If you have completed your class 11 in the commerce stream from ICSE school, then the easiest option for you is to continue class 12th in the same school, as it avoids extra paperwork and adjustment challenges. However, if you wish to change your board, like CBSE , then you will need a transfer certificate, Class 11th marksheet and a migration certificate.

so i am in class 10 icse boards but there is a problem that my fathers title and birth month is wrong in my school Id card but it is correct in registration form so will it effect my boards exam and entry in the boards centre .what should i do ?

Prachi Kumari 20th Aug, 2025

Hello Rohan,

Don’t worry. If your father’s title and birth month are correct in the registration form, then there will be no problem in your board exams or entry to the exam centre.

The school ID card is only for school use, it is not checked in the exam centre. What matters is the details in your ICSE registration and admit card.

Still, you can inform your school to correct the ID card for future records.

Hope it helps !

I wrongly typed my matriculation board name, ICSE, as ICSC in my IB ACIO application form. I already asked for help from the helpdesk. Will it be a problem?

SEJAL JAIN 2nd Aug, 2025

Hello

A minor typo like writing "ICSC" instead of "ICSE" in your IB ACIO application form is generally not a serious issue, especially since you've already contacted the helpdesk and taken the right step to correct it. If the rest of your details like your marks, year, and roll number, are accurate and verifiable, such a small error is unlikely to lead to disqualification. However, keep any official documents and your helpdesk communication safe for future reference, especially during document verification.

I Have passed class 10th with icse board and class 12th with BOSSE board can I get admission in your college

Priyanka Dasgupta 23rd Sep, 2025

Yes, if you have qualified your class 10th from the ICSE board , and class 12th from the BOSSE board, then you are definitely eligible to take admission in college. The admission process generally depends on the eligibility criteria of the colleges. Most of the reputed colleges require students to qualify their class 10 and 12 from any recognised board with a specific passing percentage. You can connect with the colleges or universities to understand the admission process to know more.

i got 824 out of 1000 in ts intermediate and now i an preparing for eamcet will i get admission in narayanamma college with my ipe marks

Aman Kar 22nd Apr, 2025

Based on the given information, it is highly unlikely that you will get admission into G. Narayanamma Institute of Technology and Science (GNITS) based solely on your TS Intermediate (IPE) marks.

Here's why:

  • TS EAMCET is the primary admission criterion: GNITS primarily admits students to its B.Tech programs based on their rank in the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET).
  • No direct admission based on IPE marks: While the eligibility criteria mention that candidates need to have passed the Intermediate examination with a minimum percentage in the prescribed group subjects (MPC), the order of priority for selection is based on:
    1. JEE (Mains) rank
    2. TS EAMCET rank
    3. Marks in the prescribed group subjects in the qualifying examination (IPE). This indicates that your IPE marks are considered only after the EAMCET ranks of all candidates have been evaluated.
  • Removal of IPE weightage: For the TS EAMCET 2025 ranking, the 25% weightage previously given to IPE scores has been removed . The rank will be determined solely based on your performance in the TS EAMCET exam.

Therefore, your score of 824 out of 1000 in TS Intermediate will not be the deciding factor for admission. You need to focus entirely on your TS EAMCET preparation and secure a good rank to have a chance of getting a seat in GNITS.

Hope This Helps !

Prachi Kumari 8th Feb, 2025

Hello,

Yes, you can appear for the Joint Entrance Test (JET) after completing Class 10 from the ICSE board , but it depends on the specific JET exam you are referring to. Here are some possibilities:

  1. Polytechnic JET – Many states conduct JET for diploma/polytechnic courses after Class 10.
  2. Agriculture JET – Some states like Rajasthan conduct JET for agriculture courses after Class 12.
  3. Aviation JET – For pilot training, some institutes offer JET after Class 10 or 12.

Hope it helps !

I have done my ICSE 10th and wish to join robotics and automation. A college offering Diploma in Robotics and Automation would be better or should I take up Diploma in Mechanical Engg or Diploma in Electrical and Telecommunication Engg and then go for B Tech in Robotics?

Nitin Kumar 14th Jun, 2024

Diploma in Robotics and Automation:

  • Focus: Provides specific knowledge and skills in robotics and automation systems, including design, operation, and maintenance. You learn about robot kinematics, dynamics, control systems, sensors, and actuators.

  • Benefits:
    • Faster entry into the workforce in robotics and automation field.
    • Gain practical skills through hands-on labs and projects.
    • Strong foundation for further studies in robotics (B.Tech. in Robotics).

  • Drawbacks:
    • Might limit career options compared to a broader engineering diploma.
    • Less theoretical foundation compared to a mechanical or electrical engineering diploma.

    • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering:
      • Focus: Provides a broad foundation in mechanical or electrical engineering principles, respectively. You'll learn about mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, electrical circuits, electronics, communication systems, etc.

      • Benefits:
        • Opens doors to a wider range of engineering careers beyond robotics.
        • Stronger theoretical foundation for B.Tech. in Robotics (or other engineering fields).

      • Drawbacks:
        • Might not provide as much specific robotics and automation knowledge as a dedicated diploma.
        • Requires additional effort to learn robotics through self-study or electives during B.Tech.

          I hope it helps!
