Dear candidate the IIFT exam is conducted for admission to MBA international business course for students which is offered by Indian Institute of Foreign Trade Delhi Kolkata and Kakinada. The question paper consists of sections like verbal ability and reading comprehension quantitative ability data interpretation and logical reasoning and some of general awareness the conducting body for this exam is national testing agency (NTA).

i wanna apply for iift 2020 but at that time i would be studying in my 5th sem and i graduate from b,com around may or june 2021 , how can i apply for 2020 exam as i wouldnt have graduated by then? Is it posiible for me apply before graduating ? if possible what is the procedure ?

Sorry to inform you,but you're not eligible to give exam of IIFT. As per IIFT eligibility criteria,a candidate must have bachelor's degree.Final year students can also apply subject to the submission of requisite qualification by October 7, 2020.But you can give it after completing your graduation that is in year 2021.

Yes, the cut-off of IIFT varies with category.
For 2018, the cut-off was as follows:
OBC -35.50
General - 30.50
ST category -22.69
SC category -20.02
PH category -23.69
Expected 2019 cutoff-
General- 32.25
OBC category- 27.25
ST category- 20.26
SC category-22.25.
Sectional cut-off differs according to subjects, not with category. It is same for all categories.

By mistake i entered my surname wrong in IIFT application form and missed the correction date. However i was allowed to give exam. I have also mailed the issue and registered the query in IIFT portal but got no response. I am expecting good marks in IIFT. Will my candidtature gets cancelled?

see there is no chance of canceling in your candidature, as you have already mailed to the authority regarding the surname issue. you may be asked about the surname regarding document verification process. as if the other details and every thing is matched then you will have no problems regarding this.

It is given that the total batch strength of IIFT(D+K) is 420 but in the placement data of 2019 it is shown that they have successfully completed placements of 279 students. What that signifies, Does it mean that others are unplaced??
