Yes it is possible for you to get into IIIT allahbad for EWS category under female only pool. Last year branches available for this group was ECE, IT and IT with Business informatics. The opening and closing cutoff for ECE was 1930-2640, IT-1167-1635, IT-Business Informatics was 2471.
I got 8889 OBC rank and from telangana state can I get IIIT allahabad cse branch.....
According to the trends that have followed over the past few years getting anything at IIIT Allahabad seems far fetched at this point in time.

Reservation for EWS category is being provided for the first time by NTA in JEE Main exam therefore it would be difficult to tell you about your chances of admission as previous year cutoffs for EWS category is not available.

When does the online application for admission in pH.D. Mathematics 2019 start in IIIT ALLAHABAD ?

The Admission Process is generally conducted two times in a year normally in the months of May and November for sessions starting from July or January. Last year the form filling for admission to PhD in Applied Sciences continued up to May 13, 2018, for batch starting from July onwards. You can apply by filling the online application form available at the Institute’s website with an Application fee of Rs.500 for General/OBC and Rs.250 for SC/ST candidates.
The candidates who are eligible to apply for a PhD in Applied Sciences should have:
i. A master’s degree in Science / Life Science or equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% marks / 6.5 CGPI (55% marks / 5.5 CGPI for SC/ST).
ii. A master’s degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% marks / 6.5 CGPI (55% marks / 5.5 CGPI for SC/ST).
iii. The candidate must have qualified one of the following appropriate national tests: GATE / CSIRNET / UGC-NET / DBT/ICMR / JEST / NBHM / INSPIRE
Or
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent degree with a minimum of 75% marks/ 8.0 CGPI (70% marks/7.5 CGPI for SC/ST).
Institute Fellowship or scholarship will be awarded on the following criteria:
(i) If a PhD Scholar in Applied Science does not have a GATE Score above a prescribed cut off level, an institute fellowship may be provided to such students on availability.
(ii) Such scholars may appear for GATE / CSIRNET / UGC-NET / DBT/ ICMR / JEST / NBHM / INSPIRE and on successful clearance of any of these national exams above the prescribed cut off level, they will be eligible for the MHRD Fellowship.
(iii) PhD Scholars can also take up the additional assignment of ‘Tutor-cum-Research Assistant’ Positions at IIIT Allahabad and will be granted an additional fellowship of Rs.10,000/- per month over and above their scholarship.
