Hello Saket M.Tech in IT at IIIT Allahabad is a good option.
The facilities are better among colleges of that range.
The placements are also good, top companies like Adobe, CISCO, Samsung are hiring the students and average package will be around 8LPA.

The cutoffs depend on your rank, not your marks. Please tell us what rank you got, both in JEE Mains and Advanced.

Admission is made on the basis of following weightage:
1. CAT score: 60%
2. Personal Interview: 40%
Personal Interview are held for screened candidates only on the basis of CAT Percentile score.
Minimum eligible CAT score is --70 percentile and above.

You must clear jee mains with good rank you will get IIIT Allahabad

From next year, JEE Will be conducted twice in a year. Till this year, if you could score 200 marks then you can get admission in IIIT allahabad. But for JEE Mains 2019 set your target for 250 marks. So that you can get better choice. Think high. Don't settle with less. Try to find better than this. Hope for best. Keep your aim high.
