This is because IIIT Kanchipuram provides the revised and updated syllabus also with hardware and lab facilities at its recent version. Faculties are passionate and dedicated towards the betterment for the students and are hard working and serious. Placement in this premier institute is average but the good figures will increase in the upcoming years. See if you want to learn more and develop better, then IIIT Basar is perhaps not a suitable choice.

If you get a seat in IIIT Kanchipuram for dual degree, then you can definitely go for it. Dual degree courses are every good. Normal btech is of 4 years and then masters is of another 2 years. In dual degree, students can finish both bachelor's degree and master's in just 5 years.
This is a great boon. After you dual degree, you can go for research areas.
Also IIIT Kanchipuram is very good in terms of placements, education, facilities and faculties. It provides all the facilities in the best form.
You can also ty to further improve you chances of getting other branches and other colleges in the subsequent rounds of counseling. So please go for all the rounds of JOSAA counseling and also the CSAB spot round.

I am sorry but it is not possible for you to get you preferred college and branch as your rank is quite low. The cut offs, even if they vary after the last rounds, would not make any huge difference and thus you would not be able to get it after round four as well. According to previous year counselling results, the predicted cut-off for the current year for Indian Institute of Information Technology. Design and Manufacturing, Jabalpur has been mostly around 4000 and the highest of around and 6000 for SC category. Thus, it is quite difficult for you to get a seat in IITDM Jabalpur with your SC rank.

If you belong to general category then it will be very difficult for you to get CSE in IIITDM Kancheepuram however if you belong to some other category such as SC or ST then you can have a good chance of getting this seat provided that seats to this course are empty in the special rounds. I got ECE in IIITDM KURNOOL through josaa counselling in 2019. I am OC category. Can I get fee concession?
Certainly if you have got a seat in IIITDM Kurnool and your family income is less than 1 lakh rupees per year then you will get full fees concession. You have to provide a income certificate for the same. However you will have to pay hostel and mess fees along with some other fees that the institute may charge for providing different facilities. These other fees are usually in the range of Rs 10,000 - Rs 20,000 per year.
