Hey there as per your ranking in jee mains and previous year cutoff of IIITDM JABALPUR the closing ranking for ST category for electronics and communication engineering was 2700. As cutoff every year doesn't varies much. So there are less chances of you to get this college.

In my view IIIT LUCKNOW IT is better than any course Of IIITDM KANCHEEPUR reason is IIIT LUCKNOW is new IIIT and follows the sme curriculum as IIIT HYDERABAD which makes students more knowledge and industry orientated.
The next thing is placement. Placement stats of IIIT lucknow is far better than IIITDM kancheepur.
Avg package of IIITDM KANCHEEPUR is 5.5 lacs where as IIIT Lucknow is 11.37 lacs.
Highest for IIIT LUCKNOW 28 LACS FOR IIITDM 10 LACS.

IIIT Bhubaneswar has a tag of being an International institute, whereas IIITDM is Indian. International institutes are famous for their coding culture, something which is missing in IIITDM. Most of these international institute like IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT Bangalore, IIIT Bhubaneswar have established a name for themselves. They have performed well in coding competitions like ACM ICPC.
And placement statistics of both the colleges is almost same like highest package 10-12 lacs average being 5 lacs.
There is no CSE in IIITDM KANCHEEPURAM eather there is COMPUTER ENGINEERING which focus more on hardware portion it has a flavor of electrical engineering in it. They will only teach you languages like C AND C++ ONLY.
But IIIT BHUBANESHWAR they will teach you all major languages like Java, C, C++,Python etc.
So I think in term of education IIITBHUBANESHAWAR is better.
The rest depends on you.

Both the fields are important at their own place.
Firstly i will talk about manufacturing in IIITDM,The institute offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Dual degrees in various technology areas. Admission to the undergraduate programmes is based on All India Rank (AIR) in Joint Entrance Examination (Main) (JEE-Main). Admission to foreigners is through Direct Admission of Students Abroad (DASA).IIITDM Kancheepuram was ranked in the 151200 band among engineering colleges in India by National Institutional Ranking Framework in 2018.
Now,thermal engineering in PSG,PSG is simply a heaven for those students who use it effectively.

With a rank of around 22,000 in obc category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in IIIT Kancheepuram when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, the closing ranks for this Institute was around 11,000 in Smart manufacturing branch. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. see cutoff depends on jee main rank and it differs from college to college and stream to stream.
however you may not get in nits because to get admission in nits you need to hace above 95 percentile.
however you may have chances in ymca farida bad, nsit, dtu etc.
