Both IIM Jammu and NIBM Pune are excellent for the MBA. One thing is that IIM Jammu carries it's own prestigious reputation of being an IIM where as the NIBM Pune has strong connections when it comes to banking and finance sector and the placements are also well praised for NIBM.
To keep everything simple I would suggest NIBM Pune as it offers better placements and importantly it's proximity to your home city Mumbai.

For IPM program students,it is mandatory to stay in hostel at Indian Institute of Management, Jammu . The IPM program is fully residential. IIM provide separate hostel for girls and boys. Hostel offers various facilities like internet connection, separate study table, reading rooms, indoor and outdoor activities etc. Dayout is allowed in IIM Jammu. It is well said , " Scope means not the height career had achieved, it means the height to which you can make your career reach. "
If you are interested in public services and want to help others, you can go for MBBS.
If you are interested in corporate job, entrepreneurship, business and more, go for BBA AND MBA.
Both fields are very good. If you still have confusion, go for career counselling test online or offline. You can also talk to your teachers and parents.
If you don't want to do either, write down your thoughts mentioning what you don't want to do, you will automatically know what to do.
