I am b.com graduate with 62 percent marks but my 10 the and 12 are marks are low . Can I get into IIM Ranchi with 98 percentile?
1) Candidate must be graduated or equivalent from recognized College/ University.
2) Shortlisted candidates will be called for Written Test based on marks obtained in qualifying examination and work experience.

Hello Moni,
The eligibility criteria for getting into IIMs is CAT exam. The MAT exam is not accepted by the IIMs.
So getting a good percentile in CAT only will get you a call from IIM.

if you think that you are dedicated towards your dreams so i will suggest you that go for CAT and your 3 year experience will play a crucial role for achieving your dreams be regular with your studies and honest as well so definitely you will clear the exam

No, both institutes mentioned by you do not have state domicile quota. While IIM Ranchi follows the caste based reservation criteria as stated by the Govt. of India, XLRI Jamshedpur being a private institute does not have caste based or state domicile quota

Don't judge yourself before you appear in any of WAT & PI. You need to know one thing that in every IIM a new merit list is made after the second round of WAT & PI which includes marks of WAT & PI. And you should be glad to know that generally in most of the IIMs interview & WAT marks along with CAT marks have highest weightage. Even there are IIMs like IIM Kozhikode which gives 0% weightage to academic records in the final merit list and 60% to WAT & PI together.
