can with GATE XE score and B.TECH in FOOD TECHNOLOGY i can apply for IISC Banglore/IIT BOMBAY/IIT ROORKEE??
After doing Msc. everytging depends upon your knowledge. If you dont have complete knowledge then clear all your basic and learn each and everything by giving at least 2 years since physics is a very strong and wo derful subject.
After the complete knowledge of physics you can prefer the competative examination which ISRO used to organize periodically every year.
After the exams you need to give interview which will test your complete knowledge of physics which will be based on Numericals portion.
Hopefully this will help you.
Thank you.
what is the procedure to get admission in iiser and iisc, through jossa (based om jee adv ranking)
Dear Rajkumar,
IISER and IISC are reputed institutions that offers a bachelor in science degree. JEE Advance is a exam through which you can get a chance to be admitted in these two institutions. IISER eligibility criteria is to secure a rank within top 10000. And IISC Bangalore requires you to secure a rank within 250 if you are general, 6000 if you are OBC, 8000 if you are SC and 50000 if you are of ST category. Hope this clears your doubt.
What is cut off rank in Jee advanced for admission in B.Tech computer at IISc. Bangalore?
Hello,
I hope you are doing fine, First of all, IISc actually doesn't offer B. Tech at all . It offers Bachelor of Science (Research) which is a four year programme. You can choose engineering electives in the 4th, 5th and 6th semesters followed by a research project in the last two semesters. IISc Bangalore takes admission on the basis of JEE main ,JEE advance ,KVPY and NEET UG. The cut off would be more than 95%ile.
I hope you find this information helpful. I wish you all the best for your future.
Good Luck
What is the cutoff in JEE ADVANCED 2021 in order to get admission in IIST(Indian Institute of Science and Technology)?
All the IIT aspirants have to sit for JEE Main and afterward, JEE Advanced. Only the top 2, 24,000 scores in JEE Main will become eligible to sit for JEE advanced. The candidates must have secured at least 75% marks or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th Class Examination conducted by respective boards.
To get seat in this college you should get atleast below 5000 Rank in JEE Mains. To get admission through JEE Advanced you should get atleast above 35 percentile.
Maam I have passed 12th boards (waiting for results till 31st Aug), and going to appear for IAT (IISERs test) on Sept. If I qualify KVPY SB on Nov, Will I get seat at IISc/IISERs? (If No, then what should I do, assuming If I Dont qualified IAT but qualified KVPY SB?)
Hello Aspirant,
Hope you are doing well.
KVPY It is a scholarship for students pursuing a degree in science. So if you've qualified for KVPY, whether it's SX, SA, or SB. If you majored in pure science in your undergraduate and graduate studies, you will be eligible for scholarships for both. If you are chosen for the kvpy fellowship, you will almost certainly get it. The KVPY Fellowship is intended for students who are enrolled in a research-oriented programme. IISER and IISc are primarily intended for students who want to pursue a research-related profession.
Hope you got the answer to your question. Incase of any queries, feel free to question. Have a great day!

Hello,
Admission to B.Sc. course in IISc Bangalore is not through NEET. Candidates need to apply for admission by filling the online application form from the official website of the institute. Then they will be shortlisted on the basis of their score in KVPY/ IIT-JEE (Main)/ IIT-JEE ( Advanced ). The last date of application for this year was April 30. Since your daughter has given NEET, she can apply for other courses like MBBS/BDS/AYUSH etc. The registration processes will start the declaration of NEET result. Hi sir, I have just completed neet ,in one month I have KVPY EXAM so please tell me how to prepare for KVPY to get into IISc
Hi,
In Order to prepare for any PCM based Exam, first you have to study the basic books of Physics, chemistry and Mathematics. The basic book is NCERT. First, go through the NCERT, solve it's problem then go for some higher level books like HC Verma for Physics and others. Since you have studied for NEET also , the best thing to prepare for KVPY is also to solve previous years question.
I hope this will answer your query.
Thanks!!!!
I have applied for ug program in iisc now it was showing that I have applied for pg and my application number also wrong what to do now

How to see if I get get into IIT/IIsc in some specific branch after GATE? Any resources to check the eligibility, as i have one my BE in other branch.
hi,
see candidates are eligible to apply for gate exam irrespective of their b.e stream. however in some of the institute , eligibility criteria mentions to have the specific stream in bachelors to become eligible to apply for masters course. gate cutoff for nits and iits as per stream wise is available in our website which you may check at below link:
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/gate-cutoff
to check the branch wise eligibility criteria you need to go through the official websites of iits/ iisc , eligibility criteria differs as per college wise and may change over time to time.
hope you understand.
