For admission to IIT in Computer Science and Engineering you should get at least 500 all India rank in order to get admission into one of the top 7 IIT also if you are considering all the other it then most probably 1000 to 1500 is the last option for general category.

You should note that IIT Bombay does not offer admission on the basis of JEE main instead it uses jee advanced rank.Here I would tell you the rank required in JEE advanced to get IIT Bombay.
For a OBC students a general rank under 9000 is must to get atleast some seat in IIT Bombay. For a computer science and engineering course you must be withing top 10 in the category.

To get admission in IIT Bombay you to give crack JEE MAINS exam next year and Jee Advance following that.
Make sure you will get minimum 75% in physics chemistry and maths in 12th otherwise even if you crack both the exams you wont be allowed to apply for IITs and NITs.

There is a process conducted by joint seat allocation authority in which you need to fill the choices as per your preference of courses and colleges and based on your rank you will be offered seat as per your preference and rank therefore you don't need to apply separately for IIT Bombay if you wish for IIT Bombay then make it as your preferred choice so if you have sufficient rank then you will get it.

IIT,BOMBAY admits students on the basis of JEE ADVANCED and not on the basis of JEE MAINS.
So,try to score very good marks in JEE ADVANCED to make it through to IIT,BOMBAY.
