There are a total number of 240 seats for the course of BA LLB in ILS Pune as per the order of the hon'ble Bombay High court and the notification released by ILS pune. 85% of the total seats of ILS Pune reserved for Maharashtra Candidates. 10% are for Outside Maharashtra Candidates and 5% are for NRI/ OCI/PIO/ Foreign Candidates. No, you cannot get direct admisison at ILS Law College. All the admissions to ILS Law College for the above programmes are granted by the CET Cell, Mumbai on the basis of CET score through Centralised Admission Process (CAP). 

ILS Law college or Indian Law Society law college, Pune does not accept CLAT scores.Candidates wishing to take admission to B.A. L.L.B and L.L.B courses are required to appear for MH CET Law and obtain a valid score. Indian Law Society Law College admission to the L.L.M programme is done on the merit of the last qualifying examination and performance in a personal interview conducted by the college.
