Firstly, congratulations for your amazing rank in the exams, it's not at all easy and I'm sure you did your best. Now,  you haven't mentioned your category reservation, so I'm assuming you are from general, because category reservations play a very important part. But even without any reservation, your rank is safe enough to bag a seat in IARE. You have good chances of getting in according to last few year's cutoffs.

I am assuming you as ageneral category student and According to the previous years information available on official site and careers360 site

GURUNANAK:-

cutoff for TS EAMCET -- nearly 50000-55000

average placements -- nearly 5LPA

fees -- It's 90,000 per year including food

IARE;-

cutoff for TS EAMCET -- 25000-30000

average placements -- nearly 7LPA

fees -- its cost 90K per year

As per you question, before going to choose any college you may compare their placement packages as per your relevant rank.

1) IARE:-

They have highest package in around 7 lakh and an average package in around 3.5lakh.

2) MLRIT:-

They have highest package in around 7.25 LPA and an average package of 3 lakh

3) CMRIT:-

They have highest package of 18LPA and an average package of 6LPA .

4) MREC:-

As I have searched but didn't found their highest CTC package but they have an average package of 3LPA .

Comparing the placements of above listed colleges , CMRIT have an edge over 2nd and 3rd college so as per your convenience and my review you may go for this college .

You need to score rank below 20k in order to get admission in iare which is one of the top college in telangana and as per your rank is tough to get admission over there but still you can try your luck because if there is still vacancy of seats in that college until your turn comes in counselling then you may get and for more information to know about colleges  as per your rank click on below links

Ts eamcet is entrance exam for students  to do there engineering and getting seat in Institute of Aeronautical engineering depends on your rank and caste as per reservation  and also branch you need to do your graduation ,so u need to get rank approximately to be eligible for all branches i.e cse , it , ece , mech ,civil ..etc

The opproximate rank to get to be eligible for all  branches are

ST and sc:- BELOW 40K        BC:- 25K     OC:- 15K
