IMT Ghaziabad and ImT Hyderabad are best because of its infrastructure and placements and rankings. College is known for its grooming facilities and faculty with great learning pedagogy. 

IMT Nagpur and IMT dubai not much recommended because of placements. 

PGDM Executive and PGDM COre are best courses rest other not recommended because these two attract maximum top offers.

The three colleges you mentioned are all good colleges. Good packages are offered by these colleges. However, IMT Ghaziabad can be considered the best among the three colleges.

The final merit of the candidate is a cumulative weighted average of the following components:
        CAT/XAT/GMAT (best score)
    Academic Scores (Xth, XIIth and graduation) and quality/reputation and ranking of graduating college/institute/university
    Performance in Personal Interview process in terms of above mentioned parameters
    Work experience, both in duration and quality (for working candidates)
