Joined NMIMS Banglore MBA, wait listed for IRMA , GIM and FORE, which one should I take?I think FORE is similar to NMIMS Bangalore. Give your opinions please which one should I take.
Hi Sagnik,
Hope you are doing well !
So, NMIMS Bangalore, FORE School, GIM, and IRMA all are good colleges. every college has their own set of pros. In my opinion GIM would be the most sought after B-School among others. GIM has a great exposure, as it is located near Mumbai(Financial capital of the country), it also has a nice brand value to itself. The faculties come from really reputed MNC's, and are well qualified. The alumni base of GIM is also very good.
However, it's fees is really high as compared to it's average placements, which reduces the ROI. but none the less, overall, it is a really great B-School, and is doing really well in terms of placements.
Hope the above answer was helpful.

Can I convert IRMA with 87.67%ile in CAT?
Hi,
Hope you are doing good.
A good score for IRMA is someway around 85 percentile to get shortlisted but that itself is not enough to convert the call of this college.
Once you clear the cut-off, you have to sit for Group Activity and Personal Interview round, and 50% weightage has allotted to these two rounds. And if you clear these two rounds then your selection is confirmed.
If you want more information about this college you can just simply click on the link given below.

I completed my b.tech in 2014 and from then only i have been preparing for government sector exams. Now i want to start my career and i wonder if doing mba is a good option. and if so then in what colleges should i apply. ??
Hello,
After doing btech then going for mba might look good on your resume and if you want you can always go for higher education. MBA is a great option to have once you've completed your BTech. For some, it isn't even an option as they've already decided on their career path. If you're looking for MBA courses in niche areas such as Sports or Luxury, you can always choose MBA ESG.
- MBA training includes business management, planning, marketing, financial management, and many other skills that entrepreneurs need which makes it a highly desirable degree.

The point is, in India, the remuneration for an engineer is not at par with a manager and we still need more companies which would treat their engineers at par or better than their managerial counterparts. So if you want to do mba then its probably a yes.
Hope this helps!!!
