What are the M.tech options after b.tech in electronics and instrumentation engineering?
Hi
M.Tech. Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering or Master of Technology in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering is a postgraduate Electronics course which is of 2 years duration.Electronics & Instrumentation Engineers are employed by companies that manufacture and sell electronic test equipment, process control equipment and field instruments as well as companies that use process control systems in their manufacturing process.
After graduation in Electronics & Instrumentation one can look for higher studies options through M.E / M Tech / M.S in any of the following areas like Astronomical I nstrumentation,Instrumentation and Control Systems, Industrial Automation, Elect ronics Design and Technology, Process Control and Instrumentation, Embedded Syst ems, Robotics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Metrology & Measurement Systems.
Which one is beeter at NIT Rourkela? Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.
Dear Student ,
Electrical or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering , both are equally good with the view of course content and teaching methodology , but if you ask related to placements , then I can prefer to go with Electrical rather than Electronics and Instrumentation as in most of the PSU jobs or core jobs(Ex: NTPC, GAIL, Railways etc) , recruiters want EE or ECE branches more than EIE , No doubt that EIE also very challenging and conceptual subject. It will give you the knowledge of measuring instruments and other principals .. but due to the current demand in the job market scenario, you should prefer Electrical than EIE branch.
Hope this helps !
Best wishes !!
Is electronics and instrumentation engineering good in BMSCE, Bangalore? How are the placements?
Hello,
BMSCE is one of the top colleges in Karnataka and in the country according to NIRF rankings and it offers quality education across all it's branches. Another major advantage is the prime location of the college that is in the centre of the city.
Electronics and Instrumentation engineering is an emerging branch and has a lot of scope across departments as it is an interdisciplinary branch and hence combines knowledge of various domains. BMSCE offers great curriculum in E&IT engineering and as far as placements are considered the average placements of the college till now in 2021 is 5 Lpa as per their official website and the statistics show good placement opportunities for all branches.

What are the placement and workload of Instrumentation and control engineering in NSUT...?
ICE at nsut is comparatively a new branch with an updated syllabus it can be considered as a sub branch of ece. Talking about workload like every engineering branch it requires dedication and hardwork sometimes depending upon your work area it may require field work other than coding. Placements are decent and many tech companies allow ice students to sit in their placements but some may not allow overall it is a good branch to pursue engineering.
Aerospace engineering. chemical engineering. Electrical and Electronics engineering(smart grid and electrical vehicles). Electrical and Instrumentation engineering. Mechanical engineering(digital manufacturing). Biotechnology. civil engineering. five best in sastra university
Hello Buddy! Hope you're doing good.
As all the branches have their own position. Whatever your interest is, take that course as here every courses is similar in terms of standards. As far as computers and electrical courses (especially ECE), you will have a lot of companies to sit on in the final year. Mechanical, Civil have their own sort of companies. Biotechnology and Chemical are concerned, you will have relatively less number of companies. But that's secondary. It all depends on how you study, and your interest matters. SASTRA provide Aerospace, you can also give a try as it is one of the good University for research and innovation. Hope this will help you.
ALL THE BEST! WORK HARD !!
How is electronics and instrumentation engineering at SASTRA UNIVERSITY (Tanjavur , Tamilnadu) Is it good to join
If you have interest in control dynamics , electronics circuit design and automation(dcs) then one should join EIE at SASTRA University. EIE has few good Prof.s who interacts more with students. Regarding quality....Students of EIE have done their higher studies at universities like KU Leuven, John Hopkins, Linkoping, TU Hamburg, ALTOO University, TU Dresden and Duke University .....
I hope this will help perspective students.
