When it comes to undergraduate interior designing, three main course formats are available:
1. BACHELORS DEGREE COURSES

Eligibility criteria: in case almost all the courses mentioned above class 12 ( any stream) from a recognised board is the minimum qualification required.
Minimum marks are usually around 45-50%
To secure admission in reputed institutes , one must appear for relevant entrance exams. Some well known entrance exams are: NATA, CEED, NID, CEPT entrance test, state- wise entrance test etc.
Most institutions follow ' Merit Based Admission' process, i.e. marks scored in entrance test and marks scored in board examination are taken into consideration. Some institutes follow Direct Admission process without entrance exam.

Certificate courses are not as valuable as degree and diploma courses
So I would suggest you to avoid this option.
Most interior designer have atleast a bachelor's degree, so earn a degree.

Who makes more money: interior designer or lawyer?
Hi Jyoti,
Interior Designing and Law, Both are completely different courses. So it's completely upto your personality and Mindset.
No doubt, Interior Designing is one of the most creative course. So choosing it as a full fledged career option would be great. Also, Interior Designers are in huge demand and it's a field where you have to create something new and creative everyday, so it will keep your mind fresh because you dont have to do same boring repetitive tasks.
However, there are a lot of pressures and deadlines. you need to have a lot of patience and confidence to deal with your clients, you have to deal with different kind of people and also there is a lot of site work required you have to deal with Carpenters, electricians and many more people.
Interior Designing is a very good career option for those people who are passionate about design and are Artistic. You will need to be able to develop a design that meets a client's brief- within their budget.
So if you have passion to design and can work hard to achieve your projects goals then go for it.
Law as a profession is in great demand these days. If you feel that there is a lot of money, then very few suceed and others end up interning for long endless hours under them.
No doubt, it's a good career option as good lawyers are always in demand . It will be tough in beginning as you need to establish your reputation in the profession which comes with experience and hard work but the rewards will equally be greater.
So it's totally upto your passion, skills and interest . So choose wisely upon your personality and traits.
All the best!!!
Who makes more money: interior designer or fashion designer?
Both Interior Designing and Fashion Design are equally good and can'y be measured on any scale. You can earn well in both but there is no guarantee which will pay you more. Both Interior Designing and Fashion Designing are lucrative and most sought- after proffessions. The competition is tough as the creative and work efficiency of the market is expanding every minute. Having good communication skills and creative approach will help you thrive in these industry but cannot vouch for " a good pay". Moreover, you cannot(should not) start off on a new journey by taking into consideration just monetary aspects. The pay might be initially low but over the time, with your dedication and hardwork you will earn good. So first off,be patient and be sure of your calling. Make opportunities come your way and just for once work for the sake of learning something.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
