IIIT HYDERABAD is one of the top most IIIT in India, and it gives admission purely in basis of jee mains rank ( via josaa counseling ).
Also note that there is no free seat offered by IIIT HYDERABAD. So, you have to give the full fees of iiit hyderabad, as there is no fees reduction too.

For admission in IIIT Hyderabad on the basis of jee mains score, you need to score enough to clear the cut off. IIIT Hyderabad has its own admission procedure and counselling process. You need to apply for it separately. The application form is expected to release in the month of June. The application form fee through jee mains is Rs. 1500. You can visit the official website and apply for the same under the jee mains category. It offers only two courses: B. Tech in cse and ece.

IIIT Hyderabad have mechanical branch or not ??
IIIT Hyderabad doesn't offers B. Tech in mechanical engineering. It only offers two courses: computer science and engineering and electronics and communication engineering.
To take admission in IIIT Hyderabad you can appear for jee mains, although there are many other wats also. It has 80 seats in computer science and engineering and 40 seats in electronics and communication engineering.

How many percentile in JEE Main is required to get the IIIT Hyderabad?

Generally cutoff changes year to year and also according to the last year's statistics the JEE Main Rank required as per the last round was 1187 with 99.91 percentile in computer science and for electronics engineering it was 1941 rank with 99.84 percentile.Genrally you can get seat in IIITs with above 97 percentile.

See with such category if you are seeking admission in B.Tech course of either IIIT Hyderabad through JEE-Main score then according to the analysis of previous year's cut-off trends your CRL rank should be under 10,000 and against this rank your percentile should be more than 98 in JEE-Main 2021 and your category rank should be under 5,000.

If you get admission in IIT Hyderabad then you should get minimum 60% in physics, chemistry and mathematics in your 12th class. And you will get minimum 250 marks in JEE Mains examination then you will be capable for counselling in IIT college. I'll provide you a link you can check it.
