As per your question, according to your rank 3500in jee your marks would be around 182-190 as estimated and your percentile would be around 99.56 to 99.69.And as per cutoff of IIIT hyderabad as per cutoff trend they have around 2k rank as per their officials. So according to your percentile and rank you are not suitable and eligible to register and grab your seats here. You can also wait till the last round as cutoff will decrease you can register there. Aerospace and CS are two different branches all together. Aerospace overlaps with mechanical there you have to apply computer science like coding while CS is related to mathematics and making efficient programs. Both the branches have got good prospects. IIT Bombay is a good institution in overall India as it is the top institution. IIT Bombay, would provide you with ample opportunities for your all around development so which ever branch you may select you would placed in a top company for your jobs. Whereas in IIIT Hyderabad you will  not have that many  chances as IIT Bombay.

If you true interest in CS then go for it, and the same logic would work for Aerospace. Carefully think about your interest and then take a patient decision. Once the decision is taken just remain firm with it and you will surely do very well in life.

Congratulations for your marks which you are getting your expected percentile is around 99.71 and rank will be around 2.5k. But For IIIT hydrabad you need atleast 99.91 percentile as per previous year cutoff. So you have less chances of getting IIIT hydrabad.

iiith>bits>=nit silchar

iith is most good if you are getting admission in it. Don't hesitate to go in it. Then nit silchar and bits both are good. Bit is only private  college which can give exposure to iits if you are not having iit or nit.
