I got 2897 in aeee. My jee mains percentile 94.5 I didnt get seat in first round counselling. but when I checked in internet the cutoff for Bangalore cse 6717. what should I do
Hello aspirant,
Congratulations for getting good rank in AEEE 2020. As per your rank you will definitely get the seat in Bangalore campus for CSE branch. As the cut offs may vary year to year so that you will also plan B but according to me you will get the seat in Bangalore campus for CSE.
As the allotment of seats is depends upon how many students apply for that round so I would like to request you to keep your nerves hard and wait sometime in second or third round definitely you will get the admission.
Also go through the last year cut offs link which will be beneficial for you. The link for last year cut offs is given below.

Hii,
This is quite a genuine question. I think that you should go for youtube. You will definitely find the concepts there. They will help you. However I recommend to make habit of learning in classes only. Also make friends which will help you to sort your doubts.
what is the difference between cut off rank and intake suppose taking data of career360 it is shown that the cutoff rank for particular college is 20k but when surfing on internet we can see that people saying yearly intake is 2k what is the difference between these two
Cut off is the minimum score that can secure a seat in a particular college for a Candidate. This is based on his/her Category, availability of seats, etc. And Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top exam score and difficulty of the exam. And cut off rank is the closing rank corresponding to those marks that secured a seat. For example, lets say you are appearing for an exam and the total marks of the exam is 500.The top score was 450 and a Candidate scored 350 and his/her rank was 1256. Now 350 is the least score that secured a seat in the admission. And then the cut off rank becomes 1256. Because that is the last rank that got a seat. Regarding yearly intake, every College has a cap on no.of Candidates it can admit. Taking your example, lets say a college has only yearly intake of 2000 but the cut off rank for that College is 20,000. This is because the College is not conducting the exam individually. It is conducting admissions at State level and the last rank in the merit list that mist have got a seat in this College is 20,000. It doesnt have to be that all the first 2000 Candidates of the merit list have to select the same College. Seats are offered in Counselling on the basis of merit and preference. So a Candidate who might have secured Rank 5 will choose this College and 1-4 might choose different Colleges. And a Candidate with a rank of 20,000 must have chosen this College and that might have been the last seat left. Hence it is cut off rank.
Which one is better to join Vit ap or amrita banglore. Now I have both two options . Anyone suggest me which is better when compared both according to 1.campus life 2.food 3.education 4.placements. 5.communication skills dont tell refer internet or ur opinion. say what u know u about both.
Hi Aspirant,
I understand that you want to know about which college is better between Vellore Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh and Amrita University, Bangalore and so to answer your question, technically speaking, based on the NIRF Ranking for the year 2020, Vellore Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh is placed on rank 15 whereas Amrita University is ranked 20. Now, that is a fair comparison itself and that should resolve your query due to the fact that NIRF Ranking is awarded keeping in account all the aspects of education and atmosphere for a student.
Furthermore, VIT, AP has remarkable testimonials in the following traits:
- Highly experienced and learned faculty
- Great placement statistics with remarkable packages
- Strong alumni network
- Great infrastructure and disciplined lifestyle for the students
BEST WISHES!

Hi,
School of Engineering and applied sciences, ahmedabad was formerly known as Institute of engineering and technology. And maybe because of that you are not able to get the information. However this college is really good and specially for CS branch, placements are also good. You can read more about this college at this link-

Thank you.
Recently gave MET 2020 exam which was proctored online. As i was giving exam 2:49 min were remaining..i was on 69th question of maths (total 70)..suddenly i lost internet connection as it was raining heavily..Got connected 5 min after the exam end time..tried to login, but couldnt..What happens now?
You cannot do anything now because the exam has already ended. Here two possibilities are there, one is that either your answers would have been locked and submitted or your session would have been expired and ended and then cancelled due to your sudden logout from the exam. Now, in this case i would suggest you to drop an email to the exam authorities regarding the matter and pray for the best.
I hope this helps.
why EEE engineering is hard? would it be easy if we study 3 hours a day and try to understand 50%of things and other by seraching by internet..? please help I liked to take EEE but I dont have a confidence that I would be able to study EEE and could not get a job..? please help me
Hi arjunnairrg,
It doesn't matter what branch you take , all it matters how much interest you have towards the branch and don't worry much if your too interested about it and work hard then definitely you will get good job and people feel it difficulty only if he /she unble to work or didn't understand and people mentalities are different if they are feeling difficulty then there is no rule that you to feel same it might be easy for you , and you don't even know how EEE will be there right just google it and know why do EEE course is included in btech and know the importance of it and relate it to real time world then everything is easy
Hope this information is helpful

It is unpredictable as internet speed is affected due to various things. However according to the student reviews you can get a download speed upto 25 MBps in NIT Mizoram. As far as other internet connections are concerned such as your mobile internet connections, so they can provide you much better speed than the college wifi.
