Even you have not.got OTP in your mobile phone or through email ID then you have to take an action as to inform to the authority of NTA. Ye to maid and request application to the authority of NDA stating your problem reach your facing regarding not receiving OTP in your mobile or mail ID , with the requisite group of application form and valid documents a posted with your application as soon as possible. Hoping that you will get receive OTP from the official authority of NTA as an urgent. In both other cases authority respond positively and act to solve the problem at an urgent basis as there is a question of registration of your application.

Nowadays internet is very important for studies and for various activities associated with it. Generally, students studies for extra knowledge from internet and also apply for jobs.. Hostels nowadays provides wifi facilities to the students. So, donot need to worry but make sure that the hostel you will be staying in has wifi facility because without internet you can nit download and even study  from youtube and other related stuff.

See, if your hostel doesnot provide you internet facility then you can arrange your own wifi in your room.

If yes, then you can pass biology as an additional subject from NIOS or any recognised board and then you would become eligible as  Students with Biology as an additional subject are also provisionally eligible for   neet until Supreme Court gives its judgement but yes meanwhile if judgement comes then eligibility of biology additional students will depend upon the outcome of judgement.
