It totally depends if you are willing to adjust accordingly since Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu are not only different as per their geographical location but also as per language , tradition and also as per the food, because when you will be living their you will find that the diet is also different.
while studying teachers will be teaching in English and internships are also not be a problem since you will have to do work mainly but keep in mind that the accent which people from Tamil Nadu have in English is totally different so you will take time to understand their English also.

a. Graduate Degree in Food Nutrition & Dietetics
b. A graduate in BSc Home Science with Food and Nutrition as a specialization. The student should have covered a minimum of four courses out of the following:
Nutritional Biochemistry, Food Microbiology, Basic Nutrition,
Clinical Nutrition and Therapeutic Nutrition.
c. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 nutrition-related subjects like (i) Basic Nutrition (ii) Biochemistry (iii) Human Physiology (iv) Diet Therapy (v) Clinical Nutrition (vi) Diet in Diseases.

if you want to perceive pg immediately after mbbs internship, is it still necessary to fulfill the one year service bond or can we complete it after our pg degree?

------)First of all in Maharashtra skipping the service bond is not allowed.
-----)Moreover the rules are getting more and more strict and changing every year so it would be better you sign in.
------)As per my information there is certain amount you have to fill to skip service bond and if you can afford it you can choose not to sign then.
-----)Many states have different time period decided for service bond so if you get a PG seat in a state different from the one you have done your UG and have a rural service bond in, it's unclear.
-----)And in current scenario many states are enforcing their rural service bond to strictest so it would be better you do service bond.
