No Of you can't go for M.D in Anesthesiology because you are persuing the AYUSH course which is 5.5 years course, M.D. in Anesthesia is a 2 year post graduation in Anesthesia,The candidate who are willing to take up this course must have minimum needed eligibility as they must have completed their MBBS whith a minimum of 50% score and some institutes may conduct enterance Examinations for the admission.

"YES," you are permitted to complete an internship at any hospital except your undergraduate college's parent institution.
Externship, in which students complete their internships at colleges other than the one they have chosen to attend for their MBBS, is no longer permitted, according to MUHS College in Mumbai.
