correction i have attempted 32 questions in slot 3 of snap 2023 ....is there any chance to get call from symbiosis and shall i start preparing for interview and groups discussion

As you have mentioned that you have attempted the 32 questions but only on the basis of that questions one cannot guess that you will receive call from the university or not but than too, I will recommend you to prepare for the interview because in case if you receive the call than at that time it will be not possible for you to do the preparation so it is better to be ready always.
