In order to be eligible for IOCL Law officer, a candidate must have completed undergraduate + llb 3 years degree or 5 years integrated BA or BBA LLB.
The llb degree should be from a college recognized by Bar Council of India.
The candidate must have scored 60% marks in llb for general category and 55% for SC, ST and other categories.

IOCL GATE-21 results will take around 30-45 days for the selected students and call-letters to get released as per the previous years' trends.
Due to CoVID and other infrastructural restrictions the process might be prolonged and delayed so you will have to wait for it.

Hi, it is very obvious that the chances of you getting into that college are high since you had the opportunity to get shortlisted for the interview. There might be a chance that you don't get into IOCL. So, my best bet would be that you apply for your other preferences as well so you would have an option to select even in the worst case scenario. I am pursuing my btech in mechanical engineering from nit jalandhar.does joining in an psu job restrict me to pursue my higher studies later.can I resign my psu job after one year( especially iocl)?
Joining a PSU will not restrict you to pursue higher education but the thing to worry about here is all about bond period. since this PSU jobs begin with good training they expect there employees to serve the organization with the skills they gained during training for specific amount of time without fail.
So you will be in need to sign a bond while joining a PSU and leaving the organisation before the time mentioned in the bond will be considered against the company norms perhaps by doing so you may be forced to pay high amount of money to the organisation as a fine.

There are no such criteria regarding 12 that will lead you to not getting a PSU. You should be certain that you have >55% in graduation and a good gate score. If you satisfy these two you will have a good chance to get a job in PSU.

what is the calling ratio iocl, ongc through gate ?

The number of candidates that will be shortlisted for further recruitment process depends on the total number of vacancies available in respective categories, discipline and total number of candidates applied for the recruitment. The shortlisting ratio is not given on the IOCL notification and the notification for ONGC is not yet published. So you have to wait until the detailed notification is published.

You will firstly need to apply for IOCL Recruitment application form through GATE 2021 on www.iocl.com. February 12,2021. IOCL recruitment through GATE will be available only for Mechanical, civil, electrical and chemical branches. The candidate will be shortlisted for GD , GT and PI on the basis of GATE score.

The registration link isn't activated yet, though it was said to be made available after 8th January which was the date on which admit card for GATE 2021 was released,hence the application form isn't available till now, you can stay updated by visiting the official website at www.iocl.com
