i am in class 12 isc. i am failing 2 subjects isc 2024 will i be given a pass certificate? if no then will i be given an improvement exam option?
Hello Aspirant
If you fail two subjects in the ISC 2024 exams, you will not be awarded a pass certificate.
However, you will likely be given the option to appear for compartment exams . These are re-exams specifically for students who have failed one or two subjects.
To confirm the exact rules and procedures, please contact your school or the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE). They can provide you with the specific guidelines and deadlines for appearing in the compartment exams.
Hope this helps
i took 6 subect but i manage to pass 4 subject in isc am i pass or not
Hello,
According to ISC rules, you have to get minimum of 35% overall to get a pass certificate. If you fail in one subject excluding english which is the core subject of ISC, you will get the passing certificate.
However, if a student fails in two or more subjects, they will not be eligible to appear for the compartmental exams. In such a case, the student will have to repeat the entire Class 12th board exams the following year.
Hope this helps,
Thank you
hello i am giving isc class 12th exams i have 5 subjects english , hindi , commerce , accounts , maths . if i pass in all other subject with good marks but fail in MATHS . WILL I GET THE PASS CERTIFICATE ? and will be there any issue...?
Hello Aspirant
It is absolutely necessary to pass all your subjects in 12th grade, whether it is your 5th or 6th subject or it is any Board of Examination. It does not matter if you have good marks in all your other subjects, it is required for you to get at least passing marks in all your subjects in order to receive your Pass Certificate. You failing in even one of the subjects will pose a problem in your 12th Certificate.
