You need to be atleast GRADUATE i.e you need to complete your graduation i.e(3-4 year course).

Most of the IT companies hire B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA/MCA/M.Tech for IT administrator role.Apart from these qualification you might face difficulty while the entrance exams which is conducted in off campus mode/on campus mode.

If you are not having any of these degree you might be rejected on the first stage of selection.
