YES compulsory subjects like English and Bengali also can be included in best of four calculation for jadavpur BSc Honours course.but only one of them preferably English's marks will be calculated

As we know that cut-offs for WBJEE 2020 is not released yet so it is little bit difficult to help you with exact cut-offs but although I can help you with previous years' cut-offs for an idea. S on the basis of this rank and your category it is not possible to get any branch in Jadavpur University, Kolkata but yes you can get some government colleges with very lower branch like  Government College of Engineering Textile Technology, Serampore with Apparel and Production Management; Government College of Engineering and Leather Technology with Leather Technology and likewise.
