Since GGSIPU reserves 85% of the seats for delhi students and rest for outside delhi and with this rank you have less chance to get JIMS,kalkaji, any other IPU college.
But you can get other IPU college in spot round if there is any seat vacantDo your choice filling carefully.

If you are a Delhi region candidate, then yes, with this rank, you can definitely get admission in JIMS.
Though you won't be able to make it in the first cut off but you would be able to in subsequent rounds.
If you are an outside Delhi candidate, then there are low chances of your admission but make sure to participate in spot counselling round to increase your chances of admission in IP University.

JIMS Greater Noida has a good faculty for law students. The campus, being small, is well maintained. There are several law students with great potential in this college. So, overall JIMS Greater Noida is good if you are determined to the subject and have a grip in it because, during placements, you will be on your own.

Eligibilty for B.Com Hons in JIMS is -
The candidate should have 50% in aggregate in 10+2 examination / senior school certicate examination of C.B.S.E. as minimum marks with pass in ve subjects (One language and four elective subjects) or an examination recognized as equivalent to that.
According to your rank you have very less chance of getting admission. You need to apply through management quota if you are willing to take admission in JIMS. You need to pay alot of money for admission through management quota.

The chances for getting VIPS or JIMS is a bit tough but not entirely impossible. Assuming you belong to General category, let me tell you the cut off of last year so that you can have an estimate:
1)JIMS- for BA LLB 6045, for BBA LLB 5945
2)VIPS- for BA LLB 4346, for BBA LLB- 5565
So it may look like chances are slim but all is not lost. You can apply in Chandraprabhu Jain College or Shri Krishna College of Education.
