I have scored 60 marks in iit jam chemistry exam so can I get iit indore for general category?

As of last year IIT JAM cutoff, in IIT Indore the closing rank for m.sc chemistry was 250 for general category .
And for OBC it was 694 , and for SC the closing rank was 1245.
And for OBC it was 694 , and for SC the closing rank was 1245.
