Based on your NEET Marks you have a really good chance to get a seat in Jamia Hamdard for SFS (Self Finance Scheme) category in pharmacy. Your +2 marks are also enough. For SFS Category, the seats allotted for Pharmacy are 60. According to the previous year cutoff the minimum marks required to get a seat were 200-300. You scored much higher than that. With 101021 , CRL Rank it would be difficult to get into Jamia Millia Delhi in Normal rounds. However you could get branches like Civil in spot rounds. Last year the closing rank was around 90,000 In Spot-round IV. So if cutoff remains bit low , you could get those seats.

If you belong to general category, then unfortunately you can't get cse at any of the above mentioned colleges.

Not only cse but also getting a seat is difficult too.

With your percentile you can try at some other  colleges like:-

• BIT meshra
• Lnmiit
• Thapar
• Pec
• Chandigarh university
• Bit Sindri etc.

But still getting cse is not that easy in these colleges as well.
