At your rank it is very difficult to get Civil branch in GCET, Jammu. Your rank is little high than cutoff. so, there is very less chance to get Civil branch in GCET Colleges. YOu will have to mention your category for me to be more accurate regarding predicting your college. However, assuminng that you are from UR category you can get admission in BE Electrical Engineering ,BE Computer Engineering ,BE Electronics & Communication Engineering and BE Mechanical Engineering in SSM College of Engineering, Baramulla .

NIT Srinagar is not a regional college so you can't get NIT Srinagar through jkcet. You can get this college only by the paper of jee mains.

Under jkcet their are many regional colleges rather than nit Srinagar which are best.

for JKCET you need fulfill the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the BOPEE , eligibility criteria says aspirant should be indian citizen and aspiramt should be a permanent residence of jammu and kashmir, the minimum age limit is of 17 years as on 31st december 2019 for maximum there is no age bar limit. aspirant must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from recognized board with a minimum of 50 percent marks in qualifying exam (there is a relaxation of 10 percent for SC/ST) with the subjects having physics,chemistry, mathematics and english as their core subjects, also 12th class appearing can students can apply too
