With 478 marks in neet you have less chance to get mbbs college. You need to score 530 plus marks for government seat. You may get Government Medical College, Rajouri college. Or you can try for private mbbs colleges. This information is based on previous years cutoff and the cutoff marks change every year. I am afraid to say that with All India Rank 1,00,000 in NEET 2020, you will not get any government seat for MBBS or BDS or BHMS or other medico programs.
