i have got waitlisted in seven IIMs - Raipur , Kahsipur , Bodhgaya , Sirmaur , Sambalpur , Jammu and Vizag in ncobc category from 1000-1200 .. is there ajy possibility of converting any one of them? Raipur may be?

You're wait listed for the new IIMs and you might a slightly better chance of getting admission with you reserved category quota. Your selection can not be predicted very accurately, it solely depends upon you Academics, Work Experience and overall CAT score. If you have a good record then there might be chances of getting selected, you should wait for the result or consider preparing for CAT for next attempt.
The decision only depends upon the authorities and cutoff trends. All the best

There is no OBC reservation with Jammu and Kashmir NEET counselling. There is RBA, OSC, ALC, etc. Most OBC Candidates are Categorised into RBA as it is for Residents of Backward Areas. If you fall under RBA, then you are entitled for 20% of reservation in J&K NEET Counselling. You do not see in this NEET application form but during State Counselling, you need to select RBA/OSC/ALC whatever fits you. Now GMC Jammu has 150 seat intake. RBA has 30 seats, OSC has 3 seats allotted. Now in 2019, even a Rank of 4000 secured a seat in GMC Jammu. But again this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. But going by previous year data, you should aim for atleast 475-500 if you belong to RBA and 500-525 if you belong to OSC.

the eligibility criteria to get admission in the course BA LLB course in KC law college is candidate must have passed 10+2 from recognised board with at least 45 percent marks and the admission to this course will be provided on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying examination and performance in JUET , in the final merit , entrance exam performance is given 25 percent perference and qualifying exam performance is given 75 percent preference
JUET is the entrance exam known as jammu university entrance test

I got selected in both IIM Jammu and IISWBM Kolkata...Which college is good for doing MBA ??
See both colleges are good. and both of them have their own pros and cons, advantages and disadvantages and their own uniqueness. But if i were at your place, then I might go with IISWBM Kolkata college to be on the safer side. It has great placements as welll apart from the infrastructure and good teaching faculties.

How is IIM jammu for their MBA ? is it worth to join that institute ?

IIM Jammu, established in 2016 is one of the new IIMs' in the country. Considering it to be a baby IIM among other colleges that provide MBA course, it is still really good at the education it provides. Also the placements are expectional just like at any other IIM. The infrastructural development though temporary is still the best alongwith good hostel facilities. Faculty members are quite experienced and are always ready to help. They know how to make learning fun and engaging.
The environment it safe considering it is in Jammu and Kashmir. So one does not worry about his/ her safety. Overall IIM Jammu is also a good option.

In regular mode, KL University Hyderabad offers admissions based on scores in KLEEE or JEE Main or AP EAMCET.
Coming to direct admission/management quota, there is no criteria to be met. You can directly reach out to their front office for admission, if you are willing to pay the amount they ask for. Management quota is offered by taking extra donations and relaxing the selection criteria.
So, YES you can get admission regardless of your score and category.
