Hi student,
Yes of course you can appear for JIPMER entrance examination. The eligibility criteria for appearing in JIPMER is that the candidate must have passed Class 12th or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as main subjects in Classes 11 and 12 with atleast 60% aggregate for general category and 50% aggregate for reserved category. There is no upper age limit to appear for JIPMER.

Good luck.
I have got a rank of 2952 in jipmer pg2019? Is there any possibility to get anything in final councelling ?
As you have not mentioned any reservation status, I would take you as a general candidate with UR rank 2952. In accordance to last year JIPMER Counselling results, the closing rank for UR PG was 350.
So, I would say the chances are very less of getting a seat there.
Is JIPMER a UG exam or a PG exam?
Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) Puducherry is conducted for admission to MBBS course. It is a UG entrance exam.
Also there's JIPMER PG for MD/MS courses.
