I passed 12th this year and 1st merit list was declared and i selected in that but i also appeared jee mains and apply for jee advanced so should i wait for jee advanced results or would be admission in Bsc??? Is there original transfer certificate required for admission in Btech??
You should wait for the results. As you said you have applied for mains exams so you should do graduation through some engineering college rather than doing bsc. Better option is to wait till the results or take admission through jee mains score. If you want to change your college, you need to wait till next year and can't leave admission in center of year.
what are the places where I have to pay fees after jee advanced results from counseling to college ?? As I am SC candidate with a family income less than 1 lakh
- Seat acceptance fee in JOSAA Counselling -
There is no fee for participating in the JOSAA counselling. But you have to pay Rs.15,000 for accepting the seat if you get one during the counselling. The fee can be paid either through e-challan or through SBI net banking.
2. College Fee -
The fee that you have to pay in the college depends on the respective college. But for a general idea, I have mentioned about some of the institutes.
- Fee structure of one of the NITs :
Particulars | Amount |
Caution Money (One Time, Refundable) | 5,000 |
One Time Fees | 7,500 |
Other fees (per Semester) | 5,370 |
Total | 17,870 |
If you want to avail the hostel facility, you have to the pay hostel and mess fee also. It would be something about 20,000 per semester.
- Fee structure of one of the IITs :
Particulars | Amount |
Caution Money (One Time, Refundable) | 7,000 |
One Time Fees | 2,450 |
Tuition Fee (per Semester) | 0 |
Other fees (per Semester) | 2,850 |
Annual Fees | 700 |
Total | 13,000 |
If you want to avail the hostel facility, you have to the pay hostel and mess fee also. It would be something about 20,000 per semester.
Hope this helps !
