Hello Aspirant,
Sorry dear but you are not eligible for JEE-Advance 2021 because as you have mentioned that you had passed your class 12th in 2019 so you were only eligible for JEE-Advance 2019 and 2020 because as per the JEE-Advance eligibility criteria the candidate can only appear for maximum of two consecutive years in JEE-Advance that includes the passing year of class 12th as well and even if you have not appeared for JEE-Advance 2019 then also your year will be counted and now you are not eligble for JEE-Advance 2021 even if you qualify for it in JEE-Main 2021. But you are eligible for JEE-Main 2021 and even this is your last attempt for JEE-Main from 2022 you will not be eligible for either JEE-Main or JEE-Advance.
For complete details about the eligibility criteria of JEE-Advance kindly check out the link given below :-

i had appeared for jee main 2019. Also, i had applied for jee main 2020 but not appeared. According to new rules candidates can attempt jee main only twice. Will i able to attend jee main 2021?
In jee mains the maximum number of attempts allowed are three. You first attempt is counted as over in the year that you have passed your class 12th. After that you can maximum find into two attempts in next consecutive years.
In the information bulletin it is clearly written that - Only those candidates who have passed Class 12 equivalent examination in 2019, 2020 or 2021 OR those who are appearing in Class 12 / equivalent examination in 2021, are eligible to appear in JEE Main 2021.
So, as you have passed your class 12th in 2019 then you can give jee mains 2021. And this will be your last attempt of jee mains. After jee mains 2021 you can not give any more jee mains.

Greetings aspirants ,

Here is percentile vs General category rank of JEE MAINS 2019.Ranks were around under 40k for percentile 96+,under 20k for 98+,under 1k for 99.9+ percentile.Percentile score depends upon total number of candidates gonna appear in particular session and performance of students of that session. You can target 180+ score for getting rank under 10k in general category..
Thankyou
is jee main 2019 would be applicable for taking admission in private colleges this year as i havent given jee main 2020 January???
Due to the COVID-19 situation many colleges have cancelled their own exam and are taking students either on the basis of boards marks or JEE Marks. Institutions like VIT are not taking their own exam and are taking students on the basis of JEE MAINS and boards marks.
Since you haven't given JEE exam in january session so that might be problem but it depends on the college in which you want to take admission in since all colleges have their own way to decide the rank of students who have applied and then give the students admission.
All the best.
