Hello Aspirant,
See If we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2021 then according to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your rank is expected to be in the range of 50000-60000 .
As we go through the latest cut-offs of 2021 then it shows that if the candidate belongs to UP(General) then he/she should have around 30000-40000 for CSE in MMMUT Gorakhpur.
"Now to secure such rank you should have your JEE-Main percentile somewhere around 97+. "

hello aspirant,
The candidates who have passed in 12th class or equivalent exam in 2020 or 2021 are eligible to apply the jee exam which will be conducted in 2022..you have three attempts for jee main ..
sir i have been appered for my 12th in 2020 and then i applied for jee main 2021 four times but i attempt only one seesion that was may only due to pandemic. now can i apply for jee main 2022 and 2023.
Hi aspirant,
First of all I want to tell you that there is no limit phone number of times that one can appeared for the JEE main examination. According to the current eligibility criteria set up by National testing agency, a candidate can appear for JEE main for consecutive three years starting from the year in which he or she appears for the intermediate examination. That means you can write the exam in year 2020, 2021 and 2022. Please note that there would be no carry forward from the previous attempts in which you have not appear and will be only determined by the criteria mentioned above. Also so the JEE main examination is scheduled to be held four times in year 2022 as well, so you can give out your best and reserve a seat in the desired college in which you want to study.
Hope it helps!!

Joint Entrance Examination – Main, formerly All India Engineering Entrance Examination, is an all India standardized computer-based test for admission to various technical undergraduate programs in engineering, architecture, and planning across India. The exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency.
I think it looks not possible for you to get any IIITS at this rank category. Still you can try till last round of Csab counselling and you might be get any government college.
You can try in other state government college and Some private Colleges also take admission through Jee mains marks.
