If this is your ews category rank then you can't get into the top nits or iiits but you might have a chance of getting into the low ranked nits, but that too at the last rounds of counselling. The probability for that is also quite low.

Your percentile score is very low hence getting into any good or average engineering college is next to impossible.

In my opinion you should take a drop and try again next year, and try to score something around 93-95+ percentile to at least ensure a seat at some good engineering college.
